Physical description:  Andrea is a 5ft 7 Caucasian woman, weighing approximately 180lbs, who was 37 years old when she vanished. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. She may have scarring on her face. She was last seen wearing a light-coloured tank top, white shorts and Nike trainers.

Last seen: Andrea was last seen in the Audubon Park area of Louisville, Kentucky, in the early hours of the morning on August 13th, 2019. At approximately 01:40am, Andrea left her sister’s house on Fincastle Road and walked to her mother’s home on Chickadee Road about a mile away. Andrea was unable to enter the house as she had no key. Using the Google location services linking her phone to her laptop, investigators could see Andrea’s phone remained in that location until at least 3:53am when it was either switched off or ran out of battery. Using her find my phone app, investigators could see that the last time her phone registered any activity was at 06:31am that morning. It's never been turned on again since. Unfortunately, there isn’t a geotag associated with that final timestamp, so there’s no telling if Andrea was still outside her mother’s house at that point.
