Physical description:  Chip is a Caucasian male with slightly greying brown hair and brown eyes. It's most likely Chip is wearing his hair shoulder-length but he had previously worn it short. He has had his nose pierced but usually chooses not to wear a piercing so the hole may have closed. He has tattoos on the inside of his right wrist and on his upper left arm and shoulder of an outer space scene and a frog with bat wings respectively.

Last seen: Chip was last seen on March 8th 2016, at the Circle K gas station on the corner of Stewart Street and Munson Highway, three miles from his home in Milton, Florida. He arrived there sometime between 2 and 4pm, looking haggard and anxious. He was carrying one backpack and wearing another. When he left the Circle K, he didn't have either of the backpacks on his person. One of the backpacks was later recovered from a nearby dumpster. It contained Chip’s father’s birth certificate and nothing else. It’s possible that Chip may have had a black eye and was recently involved in an altercation relating to someone who was squatting in his property. Its highly likely his disappearance is drug related.
