Last known whereabouts: James was last seen on the promenade in the Welsh, seaside town of Tenby. He was making his way back to the Giltar Hotel on the Esplanade from the Prince of Wales, a pub on Upper Frog Street. It was just a short distance between the two, one you could cover by foot in five minutes but James was inebriated and there were gale force winds in Tenby that night. He was captured by CCTV at 11:57PM, crossing the road towards the Atlantic Hotel, just thirty-five metres from the front entrance of the Giltar.
