Physical description: At the time of his disappearance Jesse was a 5ft 5in, 130lb Caucasian male. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on both cheeks as well as a scar on his forehead. Jesse has several tattoos, including a fox on his left upper arm, a bear claw on his left pec and an ankh on his left forearm. He sometimes goes by the name Jesse Rex.

Last seen: Jesse was last heard from by his partner Rachel when he telephoned her at 9:09pm on the night of August 11th, 2015. He told her he was on Sharp Mountain, west of Tamaqua High School.

Circumstances of disappearance: During their final phone call, Jesse explained to his partner Rachel that he had been chased up a tree on Sharp Mountain by a pack of coyotes. He told her to ‘bring guns’ before his phone died. An extensive search of the mountain and the surrounding region was carried out but Jesse was never located.
