Physical description:  Rio was 21 years old at the time of her disappearance. She’s a Caucasian female, standing at 5ft 6in and weighing approximately 200lbs. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Rio has a scar on her left forearm and a small mole on her upper lip. She has pierced ears. Rio was last seen wearing blue jeans and possibly, a black Seattle Seahawks jacket. 

Last seen: Rio was last seen in Spanaway, Washington, where she lived with her father, at 6pm on October 17th, 2022. She is thought to have been on her way to visit a friend, who lived nearby. Later that night, Rio’s brand new cell phone was discovered on the side of the road near the 400 block of Field Road and Mountain Highway, about two blocks from her home. It was discovered discarded in some grass by a man out walking his dog, who heard it ringing.
