Physical description: Male, mixed race. Steven was wearing a black coat and grey sweatpants. He walks with a limp due to cerebral palsy. 

Last seen: Steven was last seen, captured by CCTV, in a shop called Bargain Booze at 7am on October 20th, in Salford, Manchester, about 30 miles from where he lived in Preston. 

Circumstances of disappearance: Steven, who had recently been discharged from his psychiatrist, following several missed appointments, made plans to visit friends in Chorley, about 20 miles away from his flat in Preston. He spent a few days there before telling his family, who were concerned for his welfare, that he was heading home. Several days later, having not heard from him, they got the police to visit his flat, which was empty. He was recorded by a security camera, exiting a shop called Bargain Booze in Salford, at around 7am on October 20th, 2018. Salford was not an area his family had known him to frequent and Steven has not been seen since.
