Physical description:  Tammy is a Caucasian female, standing at 5ft 4in and weighing approximately 160lbs. She has blonde hair, hazel eyes and an ‘L’ shaped scar on her forehead. 

Last seen: Tammy's last known location was Sutherlin, Oregon on October 17th, 2022 where she was captured on CCTV at a RiteAid. She was last seen by family on October 14th and had told her son Colt, that she would be returning to her home in Red Bluff, California just a few days later. Her abandoned vehicle was discovered on a dead end forest service road off of Highway 20, approximately 30 miles east of Sweet Home, Oregon by a hunter on October 29th, 2022. Tammy had her two small dogs with her when she went missing, one of which turned up four months after Tammy went missing, emaciated but alive, in the woods near where the car was discovered.
